PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect groundwater in a groundwater layer intended to be analyzed in collecting the groundwater from an observational well. SOLUTION: This inflow adjustment pipe 1 inserted into a bottomed cylindrical observational well 2, and adjusting the volume of groundwater flowing in the observational well 2 is provided with: a pipe body 10 having both ends opened, and formed into a cylindrical shape having a communication hole making the openings of its both ends communicate with each other; and a pressing part 15 attached to the upper end of the pipe body 10, and applying a load in the axial direction of the pipe body 10. The pipe body 1 has a porous part 10a having a plurality of holes opened on a pipe wall, and accordion parts 10b formed at both ends of the porous part 10a, and is formed to position the porous part 10a at a predetermined depth of the groundwater layer when inserted in the observational well 2. When the pipe body 10 receives a load from the pressing part 15, pipe walls of the accordion parts 10b formed at both the ends of the porous part 10a are radially expanded, and the pipe walls of the accordion parts 10b are tightly fitted to the inner side surface of the observational well 2.
