PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clamp for stably fixing fluid storage containers of various sizes, and a fixing device having the same. SOLUTION: A clamp 20 for fixing a fluid storage container is used for fixing a bombe-type fluid storage container 10 to a fixed object. The clamp includes: a fixing part 51 fixed to the fixed object so as to be separable therefrom; a fixing bracket 50 composed of a pair of side parts folded and extended from both ends of the fixing part 51 to in front of the fixed object; a pressurizing member 30 provided inside the fixing bracket 50 such that whose distance separated from the fixing part 51 can be varied so as to pressurize the fluid storage container 10 while being in contact therewith; and a pair of fastening bands 80 respectively connected with side parts of the fixing bracket 50 so that the position connected with each side part is varied, and also, fastened with each other while a locking tool 76 and a locking ring 86 are respectively provided at its end parts separated and facing each other.
