PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower with a terminal block electrically connected to a circuit substrate having such an excellent protective function that it is not exposed with the whole circuit substrate remained covered even if connection with an external wiring is performed using the terminal block. SOLUTION: At least the circuit substrate 2 electrically connected to the electric component of the blower between the circuit substrate 2 and the terminal block 4 electrically connected to the circuit substrate 2 is attached to the periphery of the blower. The circuit substrate 2 and terminal block 4 except for the connection part 8 of the terminal block 4 with the external wiring 7 are wholly covered with a first cover 6 fixed to the periphery 5 by fixing means 9. A second cover 14 is detachably attached for separately covering the portion of the first cover 6, facing the connection part 8 of the terminal block 4 with the external wiring 7.
