摘要 A device for organic waste processing contains the loading device, screw pyrolysis reactor, located in the in combustion chamber, lighter system located in the combustion chamber, system of lighter feeding, system of combustion gas discharge from the combustion chamber housing and pyrolysis gases discharge from the pyrolysis reactor, and unloading device. The screw pyrolysis reactor has three operation zones. In the first zone the grinding device with loading hopper is installed on the screw pyrolysis reactor housing. The grinding device has the conical screw with varied pitch and smooth reducing of chamber’s operative volume. The lower part of the grinding device and the first zone of the screw pyrolysis reactor are covered with cooling jacket. The second zone of the screw pyrolysis reactor is located in the combustion chamber. In the second zone a pipe with the possibility of pyrolysis gases discharge to, at least, one cyclone is connected to the housing of the screw pyrolysis reactor, and from cyclone hopper and condenser hopper the pipe is connected and the pump with the possibility of non-processed resin fractions is installed. The third zone of the screw pyrolysis reactor housing projects from the combustion chamber, is covered with cooloing jacket, has the discharge pipe on its end, which is directed to the bottom, poured into water in the reservoir for pyrolitic graphite, where the device for its unloading is installed. The outlet of the cyclone for pyrolysis gases is connected by the pipe to the lower part of the condenser with the cooler. The pipe from the upper part of the condencer is connected to the heat exchanger of rectifying column heater, containing not less than two rectification sections with side pipes, which are located vertically over the heater. The hollows of rectification sections are connected in series between themselves and heater exchanger of the heater. The pipe from the upper part of the upper section of the rectifying column is connected to receiver reservoir for synthesis gas, which is connected through gas regulating and shutoff equipment to the lighters, installed in the combustion chamber and in the heater of the rectifying column.
