Method for making TWO-VOLUTE CASING of centrifugal pump

摘要

A method for making two-volute casing of centrifugal pump includes process of casting. The two-volute casing of centrifugal pump is made by method of casting of two parts: profiled body with pipe and profiled insert with two helical ports. After that at implementation of control one performs mechanical processing of surfaces of profiled body and profiled insert that form bypass channel to obtain calculated geometry and given purity of flow-through section of bypass channel. After that to cylindrical bore in the profiled body one installs profiled insert with two helical ports.
