The system (1) has a wiper drive housing (13) fixed at a fastening pipe (2) by eccentric elements (14, 15), which are arranged in an external periphery of the fastening pipe. The eccentric elements are mounted in such a manner that a peripheral contour of the circular fastening pipe is elastically formed during mounting and the fastening pipe is clamped. The eccentric elements extend in a fastening section (16) transverse to a longitudinal direction of the fastening pipe and are held in two passage openings in a housing of a wiper drive (10). An independent claim is also included for a mounting method for fixing a wiper drive housing of a wiper drive of a wiping system at a fastening pipe.
