<p>The present invention discloses methods of producing sheep monoclonal antibodies by expanding mRNA. One method involves the construction of sheep monoclonal Fab antibodies by phage display. The present invention also discloses antibodies produced by the methods disclosed herein. Other methods of the present invention involve using the antibodies produced by the methods of the present invention to treat patients, perform diagnostic procedures, and/or conduct research.</p>
