<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling-water temperature adjusting device for fuel cell vehicle which operates a temperature control valve installed at the entrance end of a stack and controls so that hot cooling water from a bypass and cold cooling water from a radiator may flow in simultaneously in order to maintain cooling water of a specific temperature required by the stack. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling-water temperature adjusting device includes a housing which has a first and a second inflow ports 333, 334 formed horizontally on one side and an exhaust port 335 formed horizontally on the other side, a plunger operating part having an operating plunger 332 which operates in vertical direction between the inflow ports and the exhaust port of the housing and proportionally controls the opening amount of the first and the second inflow ports, a motor 331 which is installed at the upper end of the plunger operating part 336, and a motor axle 337 which extends from the motor to the lower end of the plunger operating part.
