<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly carry out calibration, even if hand fluctuation and object fluctuations occur, when calibrating the reset scan property of electronic front curtain for photographing using an electronic front curtain and a mechanical rear curtain in actual photographing conditions. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device has an imaging element (104), a mechanical shutter (105) having a curtain for shading the imaging element, a camera CPU (113) which carries out a control to read out sequentially a first image signal from the imaging element by rolling shutter control, shades the imaging element by running a curtain after carrying out the reset scan of the imaging element based on a scan pattern and passing an exposure time, and carries out a control to read out sequentially a second image signal from the imaging element, a corresponding point extraction portion (21) which finds the correlation of the first image signal and the second image signal for every region of a plurality of segmented regions, and a correction amount determination portion (23), which finds the correction amount of scan pattern so that the luminance difference of the first image signal and the second image signal reduces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
