<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system for reducing the registration quantity of an approval route, and for setting an approval route without causing any problem on internal control. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow system for automating the flow of the operation of an organization configured of a plurality of constituents by using a computer is provided with: an approval relation registration means for grouping the plurality of constituents of the organization, and for registering a relation between an approved group and an approving group among the plurality of grouped groups; an approval route setting means for setting an approval route based on the approval relation registered by the approval relation registration means; and an approval succession means for, when the same person is registered in both the approved group and the approving group, assuming that approval has been completed by the approving group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
