<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide contents and services to users while estimating the feelings of users when they use computers. <P>SOLUTION: A user terminal device 1 includes: a behavior monitoring means 101 for obtaining user behavior information from at least one of an application started by a user on a computer, the content obtained, and an URL accessed; a feeling estimation means 102 for creating, when receiving the user behavior information, user feeling information including the user's feelings by referring to a feeling determination information storage unit 103 that stores feeling determination information associated with the user behavior information; and a feeling providing means 104 which is accessed using a WWW browser 201 and provides a WWW server for providing services to users with the user feeling information upon a request for the user feeling information from the WWW server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
