<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive roller for electrophotography which has small resistance unevenness in a peripheral direction and to provide its manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the electroconductive roller for electrophotography has a process of using a metallic mold having a cylindrical pipe (7) and two pieces (8a), (8b) which are respectively disposed at both ends of the pipe for holding a shaft core body, providing the shaft core body in the metallic mold along the pipe, injecting a resin layer material into the metallic mold from an injection hole provided at one between two pieces (8a), (8b) and forming a resin layer around the shaft core body by curing the resin layer material by heating the metallic mold. In this manufacturing process of the electroconductive roller for electrophotography, the resin layer material is addition reaction type liquid silicone rubber where viscosity, filler charged amount and 10% curing time are in a specific range, average speed of injecting the resin layer material into the metallic mold is in a specific range. Further length of the resin layer, thickness of the resin layer, heating temperature (T1) at an injection side, heating temperature (T2) at a central part and heating temperature (T3) at an exit side satisfy a specific relation.
