<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security when outputting a printed matter and to prevent a print instructing person from doing fraudulent print. <P>SOLUTION: First identification information including information indicating a print approving person to be needed when printing and outputting a document is transmitted from a first device to a print server. According to an instruction from a second device operated by a user, second identification information including a document print request and information relating to the user is transmitted to the print server. In the print server, the received first identification information and second identification information are collated, and whether or not they are in a prescribed relation is determined.
