PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain normal operation by avoiding an abnormal state even if an abnormality has occurred in a bus, and to perfom normal connection by suppressing the generation of a lead current caused by a parasitic element which is generated when a switching element is turned off. SOLUTION: As a high-side switch SWH is connected between an input terminal INH and an output terminal OUTH of a high-potential side bus DnH, and a low-side switch SWL is connected between an input terminal INL and an output terminal OUTL of a low-potential side bus DnL, turning off both the switches SWH and SWL ensures the disconnection of the bus connection between the modules, and stable operation is maintained even if the abnormality has occurred in the bus. In the low-side switch SWL and the high-side switch SWH, the series-connection of MOS transistors M1, M2 with a shared source hardly caused the generation the parasitic elements, and resistive-connection between a gate and a source ensures the disconnection of the bus connection for a wide range of a voltage.
