PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure operability which does not miss a shutter chance and to confirm not only a latest photographed image but also photographed images, prior to the latest photographed image, which has not been confirmed just after photographing. SOLUTION: When a release button 817 is fully depressed to turn on a switch 812 continuously to turning ON of a switch 811 (SW1), photographing processing is performed, and still image data are recorded after adding a non-confirmation flag thereto as display confirmation information. Next, it is confirmed whether the switch 811 (SW1) is turned on or not and when not turned on, it is confirmed presence/no presence of a photographed image after the lapse of a predetermined time or longer from the time of photographing among the photographed images to each of which the non-confirmation flag has been added. The non-confirmation flag is then erased from the photographed image after the lapse of the predetermined time or longer from the time of photographing. In confirmation display processing, the photographed images to which the non-confirmation flags have been added are displayed on a display section 810 for a fixed time and when it is confirmed that the images are displayed for the fixed time, the non-confirmation flags are erased from the photographed images which are displayed for the fixed time.
