PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device capable of suppressing fluttering of a shutter blade and a camera equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The shutter device 20 includes a first plate body 60 where a first aperture 60a is formed, and at least one shutter blade 42a to 42d and 44a to 44d capable of moving to open/close the first aperture.
