摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of a microorganism capable of simply detecting the microorganism in a liquid sample with high sensitivity and precision by preventing the occurrence of dyeing noise when the microorganism in the liquid sample is collected and dyed on a filter to be detected, and to provide a filter filtration system using the detection method. SOLUTION: In performing the step (1) of filtering the liquid sample containing the microorganism using a funnel 1, which has a supply port 11 for supplying a liquid to a filter 4, and the filter 4 to collect the microorganism on the filter 4, the step (2) of filtering a dyeing solution to dye the collected microorganism and the step (3) of filtering a washing solution to wash the filter 4, the filtering surface of the washing solution is magnified in the step (3) so as to include the respective filtering surfaces of the liquid sample of the step (1) and the dyeing solution of the step (2) to filter the washing solution. The magnification of the filtering surface is preferably performed by mounting a ring-shaped inner diameter adjusting instrument in the steps (1) and (2) and detaching the same in the step (3).
