PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor support and a floor structure using the floor support allowing the size of a mass body to be compactly designed. SOLUTION: A rubber member 28 is arranged at each of support faces 26A constituted on the outside of an intermediate support member 26. The rubber member 28 is formed in rectangular parallelepiped shape and supported to the intermediate support member 26, with one face stuck to the support face 26A. The rubber member 28 and the intermediate support member 26 can be stuck by vulcanizing adhesion. The mass body 30 is arranged on the side, opposite to the intermediate support member 26, of the rubber member 28 through a connecting member 29. The mass body 30 is formed in rectangular parallelepiped shape, and one face 28A is stuck to one face of the connecting member 29 of rectangular plate shape. The other face of the connecting member 29 is stuck to the rubber member 28, and the mass body 30 is supported to the rubber member 28.
