PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing place floor for a bathroom, which imparts softness thereto, and at the same time prevents cutting or slipout of a sealing material for eliminating infiltration of water into a gap between a substrate layer and a cushion layer, even after a long service life. SOLUTION: The washing place floor is formed of: the substrate layer; the cushion layer laminated on the substrate layer and having a cushioning properties imparted thereto; and a sealing portion for watertightly sealing peripheral edges of the cushion layer with the sealing material in order to eliminate infiltration of water into the gap between the substrate layer and the cushion layer. The cushion layer has: the cushion material stored in a recess formed in the substrate layer and elastically deformable; and a surface material laminated on the cushion material so as to cover the recess, also laminated on an upper surface of each hard edge without presence of the cushion material, and having flexibility and water resistance imparted thereto.
