PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for a form installed between the surface of a reinforcement R and the inner surface of a heat insulating panel 1 of a form M, holding a "covering depth", tightly fixable to the surface of the reinforcement, and capable of securing an accurate "covering thickness" by preventing the spacer from biting into the heat insulating panel. SOLUTION: This spacer S comprises a plate-like seat part 10 seated on the inner surface of the heat insulating panel 1, a holding part 12 detachably held on a crossing parts 9 on the surface of the reinforcement R, and a columnar connection part 11 allowing the seat part 10 to be integrally connected to the holding part 12.
