PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell treatment device which has a simplified and size-reduced structure and can recover cells, in a short time, at a high recovery rate. SOLUTION: There is provided the cell treatment device 1, comprising a cell suspension container 2 for receiving a cell suspension obtained by decomposing living body tissues; a first separation means 5 which is connected to the cell suspension container 2 and removes components having relatively large particles, when the cell suspension sent from the cell suspension container 2 passes through the means 5; and a second separation means 7 for separating the cells from the cell suspension obtained, by removing the components having the relatively large particle diameters with the first separation means 5.
