PROCESS OF TESTING ACTIVITY OF OVULATION INDUCTORS WITH PERIPHERAL MECHANISM OF ACTION

摘要

Process of testing activity of inductors of ovulation with peripheral mechanism of action that is in modeling infertility of hyperandrogenic origin in female rats through implantation of capsules with testosterone, selection of female animal with permanent diestrous, introduction of ovulation inductor to those and investigation of morphology of vaginal smears by which one makes conclusions on presence of stage of estrus – ovulation occurrence. As ovulation inductors one uses preparation s of gonadotropic hormones – luteinizing hormone, with investigation of morphology of vaginal smears during course of introduction of preparations and after introduction of those during one estrous cycle during 5 days.
