A method for determination of contradictions to flights of flight crewmen in civil aviation of Ukraine comprises the aviamedical examination taking into account the intensity of carbohydrate metabolism disorders and intake of hypoglycemic preparations. Qualification for flights of crewmen with diabetes mellitus is determined taking into account the intake of sulfanylurea derivatives, biguanides and inhibitors of α-glycosidases, and other hypoglycemisates. At determination of qualification for flights the possibility for hypoglycemia and other side effects of hypoglycemisates is taken into account, which can negatively effect on health state of crewmen and, correspondingly, on flight safety. The restrictions are set in case of intake of certain hypoglycemisates by flight crewmen. |
