Method for gestagen treatment of hyperplastic process in an endometrium, comprises: selecting an individual case-specific preparation on the basis of an individual assessment of the binding properties of progesterone receptor in the endometrium; producing a cytosolic fraction from the tissue of the endometrium of a specific patient; detecting the level of progesterone receptor in the cytosolic fraction, according to a radioligand method; and measuring the extent of the specific binding of the preparation with the produced progesterone receptor. Method for gestagen treatment of hyperplastic process in an endometrium, comprises: selecting an individual case-specific preparation on the basis of an individual assessment of the binding properties of progesterone receptor in the endometrium; producing a cytosolic fraction from the tissue of the endometrium of a specific patient; detecting the level of progesterone receptor in the cytosolic fraction, according to a radioligand method; and measuring the extent of the specific binding of the preparation with the produced progesterone receptor, where a compound with a greater value of extent of the specific binding, is used as a selective preparation.
