The method involves determining a balanced data of the balanced impeller (10) by a testing device. The impeller is brought over an aligning device (11) into a defined starting position to an attachment device (13) for the balanced element (12) having adjusting arrangement. Each balanced element of the adjusting arrangement attached in the impeller has an inherently rigid flat body. The flat body is fastened in impeller of the attachment device in an evaluated position by an appropriate point fastening medium. An independent claim is included for a balanced element for the execution of the method.
