A heat exchanger structure is provided to integrally mold straight and curved pipe parts instead of welding the same after separate molding, thereby improving the manufacturing procedure and the productivity. A heat exchanger structure includes a heat exchange pipe(20) and heating fins assembled into the straight pipe parts(22) of the heat exchange pipe and fixed to the heat exchange pipe by welding. The heat exchange pipe is prepared from a parent pipe element, which has a plurality of curved and straight pipe parts formed by folding a pipe element zig zag. A distance between both ends of the straight pipe parts in the parent pipe element becomes decreased gradually from the curved pipe parts towards the opposite sides thereof. The decreasing distance(D2) becomes uniform by compressing the both ends. |
