A thermoplastic elastomer/polyester resin composition reinforced with long fiber fillers and a preparation method thereof are provided to ensure excellent stiffness, impact strength and surface properties. A thermoplastic elastomer/polyester resin composition comprises the sum 100.0 parts by weight of a polyester-based resin, long fiber fillers and a thermoplastic rubber; and long fiber fillers 10 ~ 70 parts by weight. Based on the resin component 100.0 parts by weight, the composition comprises polyester resin 10~50 parts by weight and thermoplastic rubber 50~90 parts by weight. The polyester resin is a polybutyleneterephthalate polymer polycondensed through direct esterification or ester transesterification of 1,4-butanediol, and terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate.
