A mold structure for drain construction of a tunnel is provided to reduce the installation time by applying concrete with a mold for drain construction by the medium of a bogie and a hydraulic cylinder. A mold structure for drain construction of a tunnel is composed of a first horizontal unit and a first vertical unit(32,34) formed from the upper part to the lower part, a second horizontal unit and a second vertical unit(36,38) formed from the upper part to the lower part, a hydraulic cylinder(14) whose one side is combined to a vertical member of a bogie(10), and a mold body(30) of a mold for drain construction in which the other side of the hydraulic cylinder is combined. The bogie selectively moves along a rail(20) in a tunnel(100).
