A manufacturing method of a mod using friction stir welding is provided to use a mold semi-permanently by improving intensity through simplified welding. A manufacturing method of a mod using friction stir welding comprises the following steps of: preparing a base material including a reinforcing bar arranged between a frame, and the frame(121,123) arranged on an edge of an upper plate; positioning the frame and the reinforcing bar on the upper plate; pressurizing a part in which the frame is in contact with the upper plate with a rotating member(130); welding the upper plate and the frame; pressurizing the part in which the upper plate is in contact with the reinforcing bar with the rotating member; and welding the upper plate with the frame.
