<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing method, and an image processing program which allow the speedy determnation of image areas to be processed. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: a DCT coefficient-obtaining part 51 which regarding the imaging areas in a predetermined range included in an interested image, obtains a DCT coefficient as frequency information representing a plurality of frequency components of the image areas; a generator for feature quantity of DCT 52 which calculates a power value representing the strength of an AC component of the DCT coefficient as a power value representing a strength of one frequency component out of a plurality of frequency components represented by the frequency information and which generates a feature quantity of DCT indicating a feature of the image areas to which each DCT coefficient correspond from this power value; and an area-determining part 53 which determines areas imaged in each imaging part based on the feature quantity of DCT. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
