<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a concrete secondary product where materials not containing cement are used and demolding in a manufacturing step can be instantaneously performed and to provide the concrete secondary product. <P>SOLUTION: The concrete secondary product comprising materials being constituted of a fine aggregate, a coarse aggregate, water and a binding material and using the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate, water, PFBC ash and fine blast furnace slag powders is manufactured by performing a material weighing step S10 for blending materials so as to be zero-slump, a kneading step S20 for kneading, a placing step S30 for placing in a frame mold for molding the concrete secondary product, a compacting step S40 for compacting concrete placed in the frame mold, a demolding step S50 for taking out the frame mold for the compacted concrete and a steam curing step S60 for curing the demolded concrete. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
