摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid vehicle improving durability of a fastening element while using the driving force of both an engine and a motor for running. <P>SOLUTION: This control device of a hybrid vehicle includes: a wet start clutch driving means for completely fastening a first fastening element, and for slip-controlling second and/or third fastening element, and for running or starting while using an engine E as a power source; an overheating determination means for detecting the heat quantity Q of the slip-controlled fastening element, and for, when the detected heat quantity exceeds a prescribed threshold Qu, determining that the fastening element is overheated; and a fastening element switching means for decreasing the slip quantity of the fastening element determined to be overheated, and for increasing the slip quantity of the other fastening element.
