<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting efficiency enhancement of a supply chain, which prevents a delivery delay due to deficiency in goods inventory, even when a sales planning variation of sudden increment in the number of merchandising exceeding a merchandising variation assumed at the beginning arises, and minimizes a surplus stock of a product in time when a product life is terminated. <P>SOLUTION: It assumes a case where a broadening merchandising variation exceeding a beginning merchandising variation assumed at the beginning arises, adds a special goods distribution root to a usual goods distribution root which procures products and furthermore, add base warehouse information and perform a simulation by a supply chain model, and computes the minimum safe stock quantity of the products of the base warehouse and the special goods distribution root of the products which do not occur the deficiency of the products at the time of the broadening merchandising variation. It performs the simulation with a predetermined cycle and every duration on a life cycle of the products, does not have the deficiency of the products at the each time of the life cycle at the time of the broadening merchandising variation, and computes the minimum safe stock quantity of the products of the base warehouse and the special goods distribution root of the products. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
