<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that connections concentrate on a specific wireless base station and to suppress waste of time and radio resources by simplifying a communication procedure to identify a target wireless base station to be connected in a wireless LAN system, comprising a plurality of wireless base stations and dispersing connections from wireless terminals. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of wireless base stations notifies management equipment of its load information and hides the existence of the wireless base station to wireless terminals. The management equipment compares the received load information and selects a target wireless base station to be connected.
