PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector which reduces the cross-talk generated between its conducting terminals. SOLUTION: The electric connector has an insulating main body, a plurality of first conducting terminals inserted into the insulating main body, a plurality of second conducting terminals inserted into the insulating main body, and a metal grounding piece mounted on the insulating main body. A second grounding terminal is provided in each second conducting terminal. The metal grounding piece is connected electrically with the second grounding terminal of each second conducting terminal. Each first conducting terminal has a contacting portion and a fixing portion. Each second conducting terminal has a connecting portion and a fixing portion provided in parallel with the fixing portion of each first conducting terminal.
