PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector device capable of effectively attenuating stress which acts on a soldering part between a grounding connection terminal and a grounding terminal prepared on a circuit board, the stress being caused by elastic deformation generated in a grounding connection contact conductor. SOLUTION: On an insulation base substrate 12 arranged on a surface of the circuit board, a signal connection contact conductor 13 and a grounding connection contact conductor 15 in a cylindrical shape surrounding the former 13 are assembled, a signal connection terminal part connected to a signal terminal of the circuit board is provided at the signal connection contact conductor 13. At the grounding connection contact conductor 15, arm parts 16A, 16B bent and extended toward the circuit board from one of a pair of ring-shaped end edge parts 15a, 15b, which is positioned farther than the circuit board, and grounding connection terminal parts for grounding 17A, 17B formed at their tip parts and soldered to grounding terminals of the circuit board are prepared.
