PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw terminal board appropriately holding a compression coil spring between a movable washer member and conductive metal fittings and readily manufactured. SOLUTION: The movable washer member 4 is molded into an almost L-shaped form having a flat sheet washer strip 21 through which an attaching screw 5 is inserted to be attached and a rod-shaped guide strip 22 coupled to the washer strip 21. The washer strip 21 is held to move apart from/closer to a connection strip 11 of the conductive metal fittings 3 by vertically passing the guide strip 22 through the conductive metal fittings 3. A spring retreating recess 13 is formed in the connection strip 11 of the conductive metal fittings 3 to pass the guide strip 22 through the spring retreating recess 13. The compression coil spring 6 is fitted on the guide strip 22 to fit an end of the compression coil spring 6 into the spring retreating recess 13 to house the compression coil spring 6 compressed when the attaching screw 5 is screwed into the conductive metal fitting 3, in the spring retreating recess 13.
