PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan shroud mounting structure for a heat exchanger preventing incorrect assembling, and capable of facilitating manufacturing. SOLUTION: A formed position of mounting parts 4 is common in each heat exchanging device 1, and formed on a first heat exchanger side mounting part 16 formed on a first heat exchanger 2 of an optional heat exchanging device 1, and a first shroud 3 of the first heat exchanging device 1. An interfered part 37 is formed by selectively striking nests in at least one of first shroud side mounting parts 23 mounted to the first heat exchanger side mounting part 16. An interfering part 44 interfering with the interfered part 37 by selectively striking the nests 51, 52 is formed in at least one of the other heat exchanger side mounting part and the other shroud side mounting part 23B formed on a component not formed with the interfered part 37 of the other heat exchanger or the other fan shroud 3B of a different heat exchanging device.
