PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide doors and windows having excellent usability, air permeability, and crime prevention property. SOLUTION: These doors and windows each comprise a frame installed between an indoor side and an outdoor side, a moving window sash disposed one of the outdoor side and the indoor side of the frame and movable along the frame, an opening/closing window sash disposed on the other side of the frame and capable of opening/closing an opening formed by the frame and the moving window sash, and a vent window sash interposed between the frame and the moving window sash, permeably covering the opening, restraining the movement of the moving window sash, opening the opening, and relieving the restraint.
