PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine with improved durability in a connection part between a body-side treatment part and a backrest part when air cells in the body-side treatment part are inflated. SOLUTION: A body-side body 13 (the treatment part 6) to treat the outside of the upper half body of a treated person is disposed in either side of a backrest body 12 (the backrest part 4) in the massage machine 1. The body-side body 13 is composed of a treatment body 25 projecting forward from either side of the backrest body 12 and an extension part 26 to connect the treatment body 25 to the backrest part 4. The extension part 26 has a front extension part 30 fixed to a front abutting face 22 of the backrest body 12 and a sideways extension part 31 abutting to a sideways abutting face 23.
