Invention relates to area of metallurgy. Method for non-destructive determination of mechanical characteristics of steels iincludes measurement of specific electric resistance, strength of surface layer of steel, coefficient of heat conductivity and determination of calculated values of mechanical characteristics of steels, at that by values of product of specific electric resistance and coefficient of heat conductivity one determines attribution of controlled steel to one or another structural group of steels, and after that by means of algorithms of artificial neutron networks one obtains calculated values of mechanical characteristics of steels. Use of the method proposed makes it possible to increase technological possibilities of control, to increase reliability of control and makes it possible to evaluate real technical condition of metal structures, of new and those in operation as well. |
