Method for extraction of water heat from water well that simultaneously with water production for needs of water supply prescribes as well extraction of accumulated heat of water that is in water well, for heat pump in system of heat supply and conditioning of premises is in fact that to water volume of drive string of water intake well besides well pump with water pressure pipeline one lowers heat exchanger by which intermediate heat carrier is pumped, this takes water heat and comes to evaporator of heat pump, it is cooled with giving heat to cold agent and is returned back to heat exchanger of well.
