A reactor for the production of technical carbon comprises metal housing which internal surface is coated with refractory material and combustion chamber equipped with devices for fuel and air supply, mixing chamber equipped with radially installed charging nozzles, reaction chamber and hardening chamber, the last ones are equipped with radially installed nozzles for water supply. The chambers are arranged coaxially in tandem. The reaction chamber is made in such a manner that ratio of length Land diameter Dthereof is 6.3-6.8, and ratio of the diameter Dthereof and diameter Dof mixing chamber is 1.8-2.0. |
