<p>The mixture for controlling the setting time of cemens based on clinker consists of the particle material of latently hydraulically active substances containing 0.3% to 60% by mass CaO, 0.5% to 65% by mass SiO2, 3% to 34% by mass Al2O3, 2% to 19% by mass Fe2O3, 0.5% to 10% by mass MgO, 0.5% to 36% by mass C, the material also contains TiO2, SO3, P2O5, K2O, Na2O in the amount from 0.04% to 11% by mass, the size of the particles is 1 µm to 450 µm, with more than 50% by mass of the particles larger than 40 µm. In the cement based on cement clinker, the amount of the mixture used for controlling the set time is 0.01 to 50% by mass of the final cement mixture, where the cements based on cement clinker may contain constituents such as limestone and/or blast furnace slag and/or fly ash and/or silica fumei and/or natural and/or artificial pozzolanic materials and/or burnt shale.</p> |
