A disc coupling structure of an air conditioner damper is provided to couple a disc and a shaft in the assembling manner and employ a metal material for an outer surface for corrosion prevention, thereby minimizing gaps between the disc and a damper case. A disc coupling structure of an air conditioner damper includes a disc(110) formed with indent mounting grooves(112) at both opposite, and shafts(120,130) formed with fitting grooves in the size corresponding to the thickness of the disc. The fitting grooves are formed at a side of the shaft to split to both sides from the center thereof.
