A panel for construction and a roof assembly using the same are provided to prevent the leakage of rainwater, etc. in a joint area by installing an end cap to a joint area of a panel, and to have no necessity for equipping with an additional waterproof layer by making a fixed panel having a bend function as a waterproof layer. A panel(100) for construction comprises a fixed panel(110) surrounding the outside of an insulating material(111), and a cover panel(120) joined to the top of the fixed panel, wherein at least one bend(114) is formed on the top of the fixed panel, and at least one or more heat transfer preventive grooves(130) are formed on the joint surface of the fixed panel and the cover panel.
