A rich media composition system and a control method thereof are provided to make a text in a vector font by extracting the text from rich media, thereby making a scene separately from the image of the rich media. A rich media server(100) stores predetermined rich media. A rich media terminal(300) requests the rich media. The rich media terminal receives and reproduces the requested rich media. A rich media transmission server(500) makes a character by a vector font by recognizing the character from a predetermined character range set in the rich media. The rich media transmission server compresses the rich media except for the characters. The rich media transmission server combines the character and the compressed rich media and transmits the combined things to the rich media terminal. |
