A tooth containing liquid moisture excipient, siliceous brightener and resin poly(ethyleneoxide) is provided to have transparency containing matitol and complex alkali metal aluminosilicate brightener. A toothpaste comprises 20-80 weight% of moisture excipient, 5-50 weight% of siliceous brightener and 0.05-5 weight% of resin poly(ethyleneoxide), a coagulated particle by siliceous brightener in the presence of poly(ethyleneoxide). The liquid moisture excipient comprises 65-100 weight% of aqueous part and 5-25 weight% of water. The toothe paste comprises 20-80 weight% of liquid moisture excipient, 0.5-7 weight% of xanthan gum and 1-10 weight% of non-ionic polyoxyethylene-polyoxyproplyene block copolymer as a surface active agent. The liquid moisture excipient is glycerin, sorbitol or matitol.
