A transceiver is provided to always set a load occurring in a transmission side by predetermined impedance, thereby operating an amplifier for transmission in a good condition. A balanced switch configuration is formed in a receiving side of a transceiving unit(3). The balanced switch configuration comprises the first directional coupler(30), the first SPDT(Single Pole Double Throw) switch(31), and the second SPDT switch(32). The first directional coupler distributes an input signal into two signals having different phases and outputs the signals. The first SPDT switch passes an output signal of one side of the first directional coupler when receiving. The output signal is obstructed when transmitting.
