A multimedia content searching method and a system thereof for performing corresponding multimedia contents and the search having the high correlation are provided to improve the search accuracy of the multimedia contents by linking an annotation as the search base data of multimedia. Additional information generated in a referring location by visiting the address of referring location(S205, S206). A contents exposure keyword is determined through commonness and similarity determination by extracting keywords from the collected information(S208). A multimedia contents search service is provided by configuring a search index according to the collected information and the contents exposure keyword(S209, S210).
